Turns out the computer problem I had was a trojan and was really a pain to get rid of. In order to be completely sure it was removed I decided to just format and do a clean install. In my rush I didn't backup any email addresses or save my emails with current requests. So I apologize if anybody has been waiting that I didn't get to.
